摘要
在生态文明建设和新型城镇化的时代背景下,我国城市发展从增量向存量转型,城市更新成为存量空间整合的重要路径。随着福建省宁德市经济增长脱颖而出,产业发展与居民生活配套在土地需求上的矛盾日益突出。基于宁德主城区空间特征及存在的问题开展研究分析,充分梳理主城区的低效空间,探索不同低效空间的再利用路径和策略建议,以期为其他城市空间潜力挖掘提供实践参考。
Against the backdrop of ecological civilization construction and new urbanization,China's urban development concept has shifted from increment to stock,and urban renewal has become an important path for the integration of stock space.With the outstanding economic growth of Ningde City,the contradiction between industrial development and residents'living needs in terms of land demand is becoming increasingly prominent.This article conducts research and analysis based on the spatial characteristics and existing problems of the main urban area of Ningde.It fully sorts out the inefficient spaces in the main urban area,classifies and explores the reuse paths and strategic suggestions of different inefficient spaces,in order to provide practical reference for exploring the spatial potential of other cities.
