摘要
针对奶牛养殖废水+有机肥混施是否影响土壤理化性质的问题,选取呼和浩特市伊利集团哈沙图牧场的土壤,采用奶牛养殖废水(经过氧化塘处理净化)和有机肥(奶牛粪便发酵物)等差配比进行小白菜的“拉丁方”花盆实验,检测土壤物理性质(土壤含水量、田间持水量、土壤容重)和土壤化学性质(土壤有机质、土壤有效磷、土壤有效氮)。运用析因分析、灰色关联分析等方法,系统地分析奶牛养殖废水与有机肥施加对土壤肥力的影响,优选出奶牛养殖废水与有机肥对土壤肥力影响最大的混施量。研究结果表明:(1)析因分析的平均值显示奶牛养殖废水对土壤物理性质影响较大(400g影响最大),有机肥对土壤化学性质影响较大(240 g影响最大),而奶牛养殖废水+有机肥混施对土壤理化性质影响更大(最佳量为奶牛养殖废水400 g、有机肥240 g);(2)奶牛养殖废水与有机肥施加对土壤化学计量比有显著影响,表现出有机肥单施>奶牛养殖废水+有机肥共施>奶牛养殖废水单施,有机肥对土壤C/N、C/P影响较大,奶牛养殖废水对土壤N/P影响较大;(3)奶牛养殖废水与有机肥对土壤综合肥力有影响,灰色关联分析显示奶牛养殖废水400 g+有机肥240 g的混施对土壤综合肥力影响最大。奶牛养殖废水与有机肥的单施、混施均对土壤理化性质、化学计量比、综合肥力有影响,其中奶牛养殖废水与有机肥共同施加对土壤肥力影响更加显著。
In order to investigate the impact of mixed application of dairy farm wastewater and organic fertilizer on soil physical and chemical fertility,this study conducted pot experiments with Chinese cabbages using a"Latin Square"design,irrigating them with equal ratios of both inputs in the soil of Hashatu ranch of Yili Company in Hohhot.The soil physical fertilities(soil water content,field water capacity,and soil bulk density)as well as soil chemical fertilities(soil organic matter,soil available phosphorus,and soil available nitrogen)were assessed.Through factorial analysis and grey relational analysis,the study systematically examined the combined influence of dairy farm wastewater and organic fertilizer on soil fertility before determining the optimal application rate for enhancing soil fertility.The results showed that:(1)Factorial analysis indicated that the application of dairy farm wastewater significantly influenced soil physical fertility(greatest was 400 g).Additionally,organic fertilizer had a pronounced effect on soil chemical fertility(greatest was 240 g).Moreover,the combined application of dairy farm wastewater and organic fertilizer exhibited synergistic effects on both soil physical and chemical fertility,with optimal dosages identified as 400 g for dairy farm wastewater and 240 g for organic fertilizer.(2)The application of organic fertilizer and dairy farm wastewater had a significant effect on soil stoichiometric ratio,with organic fertilizer having the greatest effect followed by dairy farm wastewater+organic fertilizer and dairy farm wastewater.Organic fertilizer exerted a substantial influence on soil C/N and C/P ratios,while dairy farm wastewater significantly affected soil N/P ratio.(3)The effluent of oxidation pond and organic fertilizer had an effect on the comprehensive fertility of soil.Grey relational analysis revealed that the optimal application rates were 400 g for dairy farm wastewater and 240 g for organic fertilizer.Both individual and combined applications of these amendments inf
