摘要
目的:分析结肠水疗联合复方聚乙二醇电解质散(polyethylene glycol electrolytes powder,PGEP)在慢性便秘患者结肠镜检查前肠道准备中的应用价值。方法:选取2023年1—12月第九〇九医院收治的120例慢性便秘结肠镜检查患者。根据随机数表法将其分为研究组和对照组,各60例。对照组给予PGEP肠道准备,研究组给予结肠水疗联合PGEP肠道准备。比较两组肠道清洁度,肠道准备舒适度,安全性。结果:研究组肠道准备合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组肠道准备舒适率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对需要进行结肠镜检查的慢性便秘患者,在进行肠道准备中采取结肠水疗联合PGEP准备方案,能提升肠道清洁度,且患者舒适性佳。
Objective:To analyze the application value of colon hydrotherapy combined with Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder(PGEP)in bowel preparation before colonoscopy in patients with chronic constipation.Method:A total of 120 patients with chronic constipation undergoing colonoscopy admitted to the 909th Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected.According to random number table method,the patients were divided into study group and control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was given PGEP intestinal preparation,and the study group was given colon hydrotherapy combined with PGEP intestinal preparation.Intestinal cleanliness,comfort of intestinal preparation and safety were compared between the two groups.Result:The qualified rate of intestinal preparation in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comfort rate of intestinal preparation in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For patients with chronic constipation who need colonoscopy,colon hydrotherapy combined with PGEP preparation programme can improve intestinal cleanliness,and the patient comfort is good.
