基于价值要素的青岛历史建筑保护研究——以青岛易州路8号为例

摘要 在改革开放后四十多年的快速城镇化进程中,遗产保护与城市规划普遍脱节,导致历史建筑风貌的受损和“千城一面”的同质化现象发生。尽管有关部门已经强调要坚持以价值为核心的保护原则,但在实际操作中,常出现价值评估符号化和过度依赖技术手段的情况。针对这一问题,本研究以青岛易州路8号为例,提取其建筑价值要素并制定修缮策略。在修缮过程中,严格遵循“保护优先、合理利用、修旧如故、安全适用”的理念,旨在恢复建筑的历史风貌,同时确保其满足现代需求。期望本研究能为相似建筑的保护提供理论和实践的参考。 During the four decades of rapid urbanization following China’s reform and opening-up,the alignment between heritage conservation and urban planning was often lost.This misalignment led to the degradation of historical architectural features and the emergence of a“similar appearance”across cities.While authorities emphasized value-driven conservation principle,practical applications sometimes have the conditions of symbolized value assessments or overly reliance on technical methods.In view of the problem,this paper takes No.8 Yizhou Road in Qingdao as an example,extracts its architectural value elements and formulates restoration strategies.In the restoration,the concepts of“priority protection,rational use,restoring as original,and safety and application”are strictly followed to restore the historical features of the buildings while meeting the modern needs.It is hoped that this paper can provide theoretical and practical reference for the protection of similar buildings.
