面向全生命周期的城市越江隧道大修工程数字化应用

摘要 随着隧道大修工程的不断增多,技术要求及管理目标的提升,传统项目管理方式难以适应日益增长的项目管理需求。引入数字化技术,提出面向全生命周期的城市越江隧道大修工程数字化应用路线,形成以组织保障、技术支撑、奖惩激励三位一体的项目保障机制。文章依托上海市延安东路隧道大修工程展开实践:基于数字技术开展设计施工专项应用,开发以项目各参与方数据协同及共享应用为核心的施工数据集成管理系统及大修网站,探索基于BIM的运维管理新模式并开展综合监控及预警、隧道养护管理等试点应用,为后续类似工程提供借鉴和参考。 With the increasing number of tunnel overhaul projects and the improvement of technical requirements and management goals,traditional project management methods are unable to meet the growing demand for project management.Introduce digital technology and propose a digital application route for the entire life cycle of urban cross river tunnel overhaul projects,forming a project guarantee mechanism that integrates organizational support,technical support,and reward and punishment incentives.The article is based on the practice of the East Yan'an Rd.Tunnel major repair project in Shanghai:using digital technology to carry out design and construction special applications,developing a construction data integration management system and major repair website with data collaboration and sharing among project participants as the core,exploring a new BIM based operation and maintenance management model,and conducting pilot applications such as comprehensive monitoring and early warning,tunnel maintenance management,etc.,providing reference and guidance for similar projects in the future.
