钻孔分层抽水试验装置防缠绕接头设计

摘要 分层抽水试验装置常用于地下水资源与液体矿产资源评价工作,试验装置由孔内和地表设备组成,地表与孔内设备通过各种管线连接。在安装和拆卸试验装置的过程中,由于孔内试验设备之间通过螺纹连接会发生相对转动,这些管线与钻杆(或设备)常发生缠绕。本文设计了一种防缠绕单双动接头,在单动状态下,接头上下两端的设备安装和拆卸时可实现静止不转动;在双动状态下,接头上下两端的设备可实现同步回转,从而有效防止分层抽水试验装置的管线缠绕损坏,提升抽水试验工作的质量和效率。 The layered pumping test device is often used to evalute groundwater resources and liquid mineral resources.The test device consists of in-hole equipment and surface equipment,which are connected by various pipes and cables.During the installation and disassembly of test device,cables are often entangled with drill rod(or equipment)due to the relative rotation between them with threaded connection.In this paper,a anti-winding single and double action joint is designed.In single action state,the equipment on both ends of the joint can be installed and disassembled without rotating,and in double action state,the equipment on both ends of the joint can rotate synchronously,thus effectively preventing cable damage in layered pumping test device and improving the quality and efficiency of the pumping test work.
