摘要
目的:提升三电平直接转矩控制变频器的抗干扰能力和响应速度,解决传统PI型DTC在速度和转矩波动时响应时间长的问题。方法:在直接转矩控制的传统系统中引入滑模控制策略,设计了三电平直接转矩控制变频器。分析了三电平矢量调制方法及其编程步骤,并通过仿真验证了基于滑模控制的三电平直接转矩控制设计方法和稳定性。结果:仿真结果表明,引入滑模控制的系统平均比传统系统的稳定时间要短0.0136 s,且在转矩变化时改进系统的转速变化幅度比传统系统要小。结论:基于滑模控制的变频系统在速度响应、抗干扰和鲁棒性方面均优于传统方法。
Aims:This paper aims to improve the anti-interference ability and response speed of three-level direct torque control frequency converters,and to solve the long response time problem of traditional PI type DTC in speed and torque fluctuations.Methods:A three-level direct torque control inverter was designed by introducing sliding mode control strategy in the traditional direct torque control system.The three-level vector modulation method and its programming steps were analyzed;and the design method and the stability of three-level direct torque control based on sliding mode control were verified through simulation.Results:The simulation results showed that the average stability time of the system with sliding mode control was 0.0136 seconds shorter than that of the traditional system;and the speed change amplitude of the improved system was smaller than that of the traditional system when the torque changed.Conclusions:The frequency conversion system based on sliding mode control outperforms traditional methods in terms of speed response,anti-interference,and robustness.
