中国地震台网中心地震速报技术系统

摘要 作为我国地震速报体系的主要组成部分,中国地震台网中心地震速报技术系统经过不断改进升级,功能增强。地震参数测定的准确度提高,时效性增强,运行稳定。已建成为以自动速报子系统、人机交互分析子系统、非天然地震分析子系统为核心,其他子系统辅助的地震速报系统。实现了震后约2 min发布自动定位结果,国内地震10 min、国外地震30 min内发布人工交互确定的地震时空强参数,震后约30 min产出非天然地震专报的功能。 As the main component of the earthquake rapid reporting system in China,the rapid report technical system of China Earthquake Networks Center has been continuously improved and upgraded,with more functions,higher accuracy of earthquake parameters,enhanced timeliness and stable operation.The rapid report system has been built with the automatic rapid report subsystem,the human-computer interaction analysis subsystem and the non-natural earthquake analysis subsystem as the core,and other subsystems as the auxiliary.It realizes the functions of releasing the automatic positioning results about 2 minutes after the earthquake,releasing the space-time strength parameters of the earthquake determined by artificial interaction within 10 minutes after the earthquake in China and 30 minutes after the earthquake in foreign countries,and producing the special report of the non-natural earthquake about 30 minutes after the earthquake.
