摘要
文章针对目前正压浓相气力输灰系统能耗高、环保风险大、维修成本高等问题,提出齿索物料输送装置进行输灰的应用模式。通过综合分析干灰流动性差且硬度高的特性,考虑输送距离长、变向多以及大仰角、垂直输送的问题,在输送装置应用纳米陶瓷材质并设计了齿索链斗式、刮板式、斗提式相结合的输送方式,实现灰料的有效输送;通过自主设计的DCS控制逻辑实现除尘器及风烟系统负压的有效控制。经系统试运行,经济效益显著、环保效果明显,在燃煤火力发电厂和相关行业具有较好的推广应用前景。
The article proposes an application mode of using a toothed rope material conveying device for ash conveying,addressing the issues of high energy consumption,environmental risks,and high maintenance costs in current positive pressure dense phase pneumatic ash conveying systems.By comprehensively analyzing the characteristics of poorflowability and high hardness of dry ash,considering the problems of long conveying distance,multiple directional changes,high elevation angle,and vertical conveying,nano ceramic materials were applied in the conveying device,and a combination of toothed chain bucket,scraper,and bucket lifting conveying methods were designed to achieve effective conveying of ash materials;Effective control of negative pressure in dust collectors and air and smoke systems is achieved through self-designed DCS control logic.After system trial operation,significant economic and environmental benefits have been achieved,and it has good prospects for promotion and application in coal-fired power plants and related industries.
