摘要
以微电路模块生产线为对象,从生产组织方式和个性化管理需求出发,遵循数字化车间标准体系架构,阐述了集成数据采集与监控(SCADA)系统实现制造运行管理的设计方案,并概述了制造运行管理(MOM)平台、SCADA系统以及可视化看板的详细设计与开发情况,对电子组装行业提升产品全流程管理活动的数字化水平具有借鉴和参考意义。
Starting from the manufacturing organization and personalized management requirements of the microcircuit module production line,the design scheme of manufacturing operation management integrated with SCADA is expounded,which follows the digital workshop standard system architecture.And the development and implementation of MOM,SCADA and visual boards are summarized.It has reference significance for the electronic assembly industry to improve the digital level of product whole-process management activities.
