摘要
当前,破解大学生就业困局面临多元主体参与不够、参与主体协同配合度低、支持体系不健全、环境支持乏力的问题,亟须建立多方协调、协同推进的大学生就业支持体系。依据协同治理理论,按照重塑价值共识、廓清责任主体、达成协同机制、实现共同目标的构建逻辑,设计协同治理视域下大学生就业支持体系新框架,并从“教育教学为本、学生服务优先、政校企联动发力、强化社区家庭社会组织协同、厚植社会文化氛围”五个层面,阐明新框架的实施路径,以期从理论到实践,建立多维度、立体的大学生就业支持长效机制。
Currently,solving the employment dilemma of college students faces problems such as insufficient participation from multiple stakeholders,low coordination and cooperation among participating stakeholders,incomplete support systems,and weak environmental support.It is urgent to establish a multi-party coordinated and collaborative college student employment support system.Based on the theory of collaborative governance,following the construction logic of reshaping value consensus,clarifying responsibility subjects,achieving collaborative mechanisms,and achieving common goals,a new framework for the employment support system for college students from the perspective of collaborative governance is designed.From the five levels of"education and teaching as the foundation,student service priority,government school enterprise linkage,strengthening community family social organization collaboration,and cultivating social and cultural atmosphere",the implementation path of the new framework is elucidated,in order to establish a multi-dimensional and three-dimensional long-term mechanism for college student employment support from theory to practice.
