摘要
肿瘤干性特征在肿瘤生长、转移和耐药性中起着至关重要的作用。在临床治疗中常以降低肿瘤干性特征为最终目的来提高肿瘤患者生存率。铁死亡为一种新型的程序性细胞死亡形式,可通过触发肿瘤细胞铁死亡来细胞靶向肿瘤干细胞,从而抑制肿瘤干性特征,减缓肿瘤的进展、降低化疗耐药性。文章主要就铁死亡靶向调控肿瘤干性特征的相关原理及影响因素进行综述。
Tumor stemness plays a critical role in tumor growth,metastasis and drug resistance.In clinical treatment,the ulti-mate goal is to reduce tumor stemness to improve the survival rate of cancer patients.Ferroptosis is a novel form of procedural cell death,which can be triggered by tumor cell ferroptosis to target tumor stem cells,thereby inhibiting tumor stemness,slowing tumor pro-gression,and reducing chemotherapy resistance.This article mainly reviews the principle and influencing factors of the targeted regula-tion of tumor stemness by ferroptosis.
