摘要
通过选取氯氧镁水泥(MOC)为研究对象,对其配合比进行了优化,探究了不同聚羧酸减水剂掺量对MOC抗压强度、抗折强度以及软化系数的影响。研究表明:当氧化镁与氯化镁摩尔比为7∶1,水与氯化镁摩尔比为15∶1,PCE减水剂最佳掺杂量1.2 wt%时,MOC会具有较好的力学性能和抗水性能。
Magnesium Oxychloride Cement(MOC)was chosen as the focal point of the research in order to refine its mixture design,with a specific focus on the impact of varying polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer concentrations on the compressive strength,flexural strength,and softening coefficient of MOC.The findings indicate that when the magnesium oxide to magnesium chloride molar ratio is 7∶1,the water to magnesium chloride molar ratio is 15∶1,and the optimal addition of PCE superplasticizer is 1.2 wt%,MOC exhibits superior mechanical properties and water resistance.
