摘要
今年是中法建交60周年。60年来,中法务实合作取得无数成就,体现出政治性、战略性、全球性等特征,具有较强的韧性。本文以当前法国对华政策立场的分析为切入点,梳理法国对华政策调整的主要因素考量、走向及其影响。在此背景下,进一步围绕中法务实合作的现状,提出下一阶段确保中法全面战略伙伴关系健康和稳定发展、推进中法务实合作走深走实的工作建议。
This year is the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France.Over the past 60 years,China and France have made countless impressive achievements in terms of pragmatic cooperation,which reflect prominent features such as political,strategic and global,and have a strong resilience.This paper tries to take the analysis of the current French policy stance to China as an entry point to sort out the main factors consideration,direction and impact of France’s policy adjustment to China.Against this background,it further focuses on the current situation of China-France practical cooperation,and puts forward suggestions to ensure the healthy and stable development of China-France comprehensive strategic partnership and promote the deepening of China-France practical cooperation in the next stage.
