摘要
目的探究磁共振成像(magnetic resonance imaging,MRI)与扩散加权成像(diffusion weighted imaging,DWI)对脑神经胶质瘤的诊断价值。方法选取2021年4月—2023年3月聊城市人民医院收治的120例疑似脑神经胶质瘤患者为研究对象,全部患者均予以常规MRI平扫、MRI-DWI检查,以病理结果为金标准,分析MRI-DWI的诊断价值。结果病理检出阳性96例,阴性24例。MRI检出阳性82例,MRI-DWI检出阳性92例。MRI-DWI的灵敏度[93.75%(90/96)]、特异度[91.66%(22/24)]及准确度[93.33%(112/120)]均高于MRI[78.12%(75/96)、70.83%(17/24)、76.66%(92/120)],差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.106、14.237、10.895,P均<0.05)。结论MRI-DWI在脑神经胶质瘤诊断中有着较高的诊断效能。
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)and diffusion-weighted imaging(DWI)for cerebral glioma.Methods A total of 120 suspected cerebral glioma patients admitted to Liaocheng People's Hospital from April 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.All patients were examined by routine MRI plain scan and MRI-DWI,and the diagnostic value of MRI-DWI was analyzed with pathological results as the gold standard.Results Pathological results showed 96 positive cases and 24 negative cases.MRI was positive in 82 cases and MRI-DWI was positive in 92 cases.The sensitivity[93.75%(90/96)],specificity[91.66%(22/24)]and accuracy[93.33%(112/120)]of MRI-DWI were significantly higher than those of MRI[78.12%(75/96)、70.83%(17/24)、76.67%(92/120)],and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=10.106,14.237,10.895,all P<0.05).Conclusion MRI-DWI has a high diagnostic efficacy in the diagnosis of cerebral glioma.
