肿瘤微环境在胃癌中的研究进展

摘要 肿瘤微环境(tumor microenvironment,TME)在肿瘤的发生发展过程中发挥着重要作用。TME主要包括免疫细胞、成纤维细胞、内皮细胞和细胞外基质,此外多种因素,如病原体、外泌体也参与对TME的功能塑造。基质细胞可通过释放各种分子重塑肿瘤周围的信号,从而促进肿瘤的生长。TME的各种免疫抑制元素在其中发挥重要作用,包括调节性T细胞(regulatory T cells,Tregs)、髓系来源单核细胞、肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(tumor-associated macrophages,TAM)、肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞、肿瘤相关成纤维细胞(tumor-associated fibroblast,CAF)。胃癌(gas-tric cancer,GC)细胞和TME之间的相互作用最终形成了一个促进肿瘤生长和转移的环境。本文主要讨论TME中免疫细胞、成纤维细胞、内皮细胞、病原体及外泌体在GC发展中的作用,以及靶向这些元素的研究现状,并概述当前的挑战和未来的研究方向。 The tumor microenvironment plays an important role in the occurrence and development of tumors.The tumor microenvironment mainly includes immune cells,fibroblasts,endothelial cells and extracellular matrix.In addition,various factors,such as pathogens and exosomes,are also involved in the functional shaping of the microenvironment.Stromal cells can remodel the signals around the tumor by releasing various mol-ecules,thereby promoting tumor growth.Various immunosuppressive elements of the tumor microenvironment play an important role,including reg-ulatory T cells(Tregs),myeloid-derived monocytes,tumor-associated macrophages,tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes,and tumor-associated fibroblasts.The interaction between gastric cancer(GC)cell and the tumor microenvironment ultimately results in an environment that promotes tumor growth and metastasis.In this review,we mainly discuss the roles of immune cells,fibroblasts,endothelial cells,pathogens,and exosomes in the tumor mi-croenvironment in the development of gastric cancer,as well as the research status of targeting these elements,and provide an overview of the cur-rent Challenges and future research directions.
