摘要
智能建造是工程立项策划、设计和施工技术与管理的信息感知、传输、积累和系统化过程,其本质核心是建造活动的数字化、智能化。数字经济时代智能建造成为建筑业推动高质量发展的新质生产力,作为工程管理重要一环的工程造价管理,如何受“新”所变,新“质”而行,质“值”以升,是当前实践及理论研究中亟需释解与展望的主题。文章在了解时势背景的基础上,从数智经济下工程造价管理的蜕变机理分析出发,借重数字智能的精准经济效应、即时经济效应、网络经济效应、协同经济效应和预期经济效应,对智能建造下工程造价管理实践与理论进行分析,进而得出从数据造价的可“用、信、通、溯”到数字造价的能“活、智、强、优”实践升质衍变与理论升值迭变的结论。由此展望到未来工程造价管理由数据造价到数字造价的升级必然,为行业提供实践及理论发展的参考。
Intelligent construction is the process of information perception,transmission,accumulation,and systematization of engineering project planning,design,construction technology,and management.Its essential core is the digitization and intelligence of construction activities.In the era of digital economy,intelligent construction has become a new quality productivity driving high-quality development in the construction industry.As an important part of engineering management,engineering cost management needs to adapt to"new"changes,move forward with new"quality",and improve the"value"of quality.This is a theme that urgently needs to be explained and discussed in current practice and theoretical research.Based on an understanding of the current situation,this article starts with an analysis of the transformation mechanism of engineering cost management under the digital intelligence economy.By leveraging the precise economic effects,real-time economic effects,network economic effects,collaborative economic effects,and expected economic effects of digital intelligence,the article analyzes the practice and theory of engineering cost management under intelligent construction,and concludes that the improvement of practical quality and theoretical appreciation has evolved from the"usability,credibility,communication,and traceability"of data cost to the"liveliness,intelligence,strength,and excellence"of digital cost.From this perspective,the systematic and comprehensive upgrade of engineering cost management from the data cost to the digital cost is inevitable,providing practical and theoretical references for the industry's development.
