摘要
如何充分发挥高校毕业生这一群体的人才资源优势,是新时代高校就业育人面临的挑战。本文深入分析新时代背景下高校就业育人的价值意蕴和核心任务,提出了构建高校就业育人体系所需坚持的方向性、主体性、发展性、实践性和协同性五大原则;价值引领贯穿培养全过程、加强协调联动形成育人合力、多维互融互通促进就业从认知到行动逐步深化、加强调查跟踪形成反馈闭环共四个方面构建就业育人体系,推动高校就业育人工作科学发展。
How to fully tap into the talent resource advantages of university graduates is a challenge faced by higher education institutions in the new era in terms of employment and educational nurturing.This paper delves into the value implications and practical dilemmas of employment and educational nurturing in universities against the backdrop of the new era.It advocates for the adherence to five principal tenets in constructing an employment and educational nurturing system in higher education institutions:directional,subjective,developmental,practical,and collaborative principles.By emphasizing the value-led guidance throughout the nurturing process,enhancing coordinated actions to create a synergistic educational effort,promoting multidimensional integration and connectivity to deepen employment cognition into action progressively,and bolstering investigative tracking to form a feedback loop,the paper outlines a framework for developing an employment and educational nurturing system.This framework aims to propel the scientific development of employment and educational nurturing efforts in higher education institutions.
