浅议如何通过加强人才队伍建设助推医院高质量发展

摘要 随着现代医院管理需求不断提升,对人才素质和能力的要求越来越高.文章重点研究了医院人才队伍建设的重要意义,阐述了医院人才队伍建设存在的问题,如学科建设不够系统、人才引进缺乏系统规划、难以形成引进和培养相融互补的人才建设格局、场地经费有限、学科竞争力有限导致医院在高层次引才竞争中面临较大的压力,并提出了针对性解决措施,医院需要引培并举,优化人才配置,打造合理人才梯队,为提升医院核心竞争力打下坚实基础. With the continuous improvement of modern hospital management needs,the requirements for talent quality and ability are getting higher and higher.This paper focuses on the significance of the construction of hospital talent team,and expounds the existing problems in the construction of hospital talent team,such as the lack of systematic discipline construction,the lack of systematic planning of talent introduction,the difficulty of forming a pattern of talent construction that integrates and complements the introduction and training of talents,the limited site funding and the limited discipline competitiveness lead to greater pressure on hospitals in the competition of high-level talent recruitment.And put forward targeted solutions,hospitals need to promote training,optimize the allocation of talents,build a reasonable talent echelon,to enhance the core competitiveness of the hospital to lay a solid foundation.
