摘要
目的 分析门诊日间化疗信息系统在门诊日间化疗的应用及效果。方法 联合医院信息、化疗、护理等部门,设计并开发门诊日间化疗预约治疗信息系统。选取系统应用前后的门诊日间化疗患者和护士作为研究对象,通过问卷调查、现场观察方式收集数据,比较系统应用前后患者等待时间、患者满意度、护士满意度。结果 门诊日间化疗信息系统应用后,日间化疗患者治疗等待时间缩短,患者与护士满意度提高,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论 门诊日间化疗信息系统应用实现了日间化疗的科学管理,缩短了患者的等待时间,提高了患者和护士的满意度,改善了就医环境和医疗秩序。
Objective To analyze the application and effectiveness of an outpatient daytime chemotherapy information system in outpatient daytime chemotherapy.Methods Jointly with the information,chemotherapy and nursing departments of the hospital,the outpatient daytime chemotherapy appointment treatment information system was designed and developed.Outpatient daytime chemotherapy patients and nurses before and after the application of the system were selected as study subjects,and data were collected through questionnaires and on-site observation to compare patient waiting time,patient satisfaction,and nurse satisfaction before and after the application of the system.Results After the application of the outpatient daytime chemotherapy information system,the waiting time for treatment of daytime chemotherapy patients was shortened,and the satisfaction of patients and nurses was improved,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The application of outpatient daytime chemotherapy information system realizes the scientific management of daytime chemotherapy,shortens the waiting time of patients,increases the satisfaction of patients and nurses,and improves the medical environment and medical order.
