污水处理厂池体施工技术及质量控制措施研究 被引量:1

摘要 污水处理厂是城市基础设施建设的重要构成部分,但池体体积大、结构复杂和使用条件恶劣,施工过程中面临着诸多技术问题和质量挑战。文章深入探讨了污水处理厂池体施工技术及质量的关键影响因素,提出了相应的优化措施。结果表明,基于文章提出的施工工艺流程,池体的大体积混凝土浇筑中6个记录点的温度变化趋势相同,最大温差为9℃,出现在混凝土刚浇筑完成时;随着时间的推移,混凝土的温度逐渐降低,温差逐渐缩小;混凝土内外侧平均温度变化趋势相同,且内外侧温差相对恒定基本控制在20℃以内。 The sewage treatment plant is an important part of urban infrastructure construction.However,due to the large volume,complex structure and harsh service condition of the tank,it faces many technical problems and quality challenges in the construction process.This paper deeply discusses the key influencing factors of the construction technology and quality of the tank in sewage treatment plant,and puts forward corresponding optimization measures.The results show that based on the construction process proposed in this paper,the temperature change trend of the six recording points in the mass concrete pouring of the tank is the same,and the maximum temperature difference is 9℃,which occurs when the concrete pouring is just completed;with the passage of time,the temperature of concrete gradually decreases,and the temperature difference gradually decreases;the average temperature change trend of the inner and outer sides of the concrete is the same,and the temperature difference between the inner and outer sides is relatively constant and basically controlled within 20℃.
