摘要
针对油气勘探开发中钻遇的高抗压强度和高研磨性的难钻进地层,从配套不同井底动力钻具出发,开展了配套的孕镶金刚石钻头研究,并在不同区块的难钻进地层进行应用。通过钻头高强耐温胎体配方、结构、混合布齿、制造工艺的研究,研制的出新型孕镶金刚石全面钻头,在川东北元坝气田、松辽盆地、塔里木油田博孜区块等地区成功应用。该钻头的平均机械钻速最高可达3.49 m/h(配合涡轮钻具使用),较牙轮钻头提高50%~300%,平均寿命达到牙轮钻头的3~8倍,大幅度减少起下钻趟数,缩短了施工周期,降低了勘探成本。
In response to the difficult to drill formations with high compressive strength and high abrasiveness encountered during oil and gas exploration and development,research has been conducted on matching impregnated diamond drill bits based on different downhole power drilling tools,newly developed impregnated diamond drill bit has been applied in difficult to drill formations in different blocks,with an average mechanical drilling speed of up to 3.49 m/h(when used in conjunction with turbodrill tools),which is 50~300%higher than that of roller drill bits.The average lifespan is 3~8 times that of roller drill bits,significantly reducing the number of trips,shortening the construction period,and lowering exploration costs.
