摘要
目的:分析学龄前儿童接种肠道病毒71型(EV71)疫苗状况及家长对其接种意愿影响因素。方法:研究选取本区2022年1月至2023年12月行健康体检学龄前儿童300例为研究对象,采集其疫苗接种状况,采用单因素及Logistic回归分析家长对学龄前儿童接种意愿影响因素。结果:300例学龄前儿童中,接种EV71型疫苗儿童71例,接种率23.67%。学龄前儿童EV71型疫苗接种情况单因素分析结果显示,学龄前儿童EV71型疫苗接种情况与性别、年龄、少儿医保、足月分娩、出生体质量、儿童来源以及是否顺产等因素无统计学意义(P>0.05);学龄前儿童家长对EV71型疫苗接种意愿单因素分析结果显示,学龄前接种EV71型疫苗儿童与未接种疫苗儿童的家长对手足口病认知程度、对EV71型疫苗了解程度、家长学历、家庭月收入等差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归分析显示,家长对手足口病认知程度、对EV71型疫苗了解程度、家长学历、家庭月收入是影响其接种意愿的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:学龄前儿童EV71疫苗接种率相对较低,家长对手足口病及EV71疫苗的了解程度、家长学历以及家庭月收入等是影响家长对学龄前儿童接种EV71疫苗意愿的独立影响因素。
Objective:To analyze the vaccination status of preschool children against Enterovirus 71(EV71)and factors affecting parents'willingness to vaccinate.Methods:A study conducted from January 2022 to December 2023 included 300 preschool children who underwent health examinations in our district.The vaccination status was collected,and single-factor and logistic regression analyses were used to identify influencing factors on parents'willingness to vaccinate their preschool children.Results:Among the 300 preschool children,71 had received the EV71 vaccine,with a vaccination rate of 23.67%.Single-factor analysis of the EV71 vaccination status among preschool children showed no statistical significance associated with gender,age,child medical insurance,full-term birth,birth weight,child origin,or mode of delivery(P>0.05).Single-factor analysis of parents'willingness for their preschool child to receive the EV71 vaccine revealed significant differences between vaccinated and unvaccinated groups in terms of parents’knowledge about hand,foot,and mouth disease,understanding of the EV71 vaccine,parental education level,and family monthly income(P<0.05);Logistic regression analysis indicated that parental knowledge about hand,foot,and mouth disease,understanding of the EV71 vaccine,parental education level,and family monthly income are independent influencing factors on the willingness to vaccinate(P<0.05).Conclusion:The vaccination rate for EV71 among preschool children is relatively low,with parents'knowledge about hand,foot,and mouth disease and the EV71 vaccine,parental education level,and family monthly income being independent influencing factors on parents’willingness to vaccinate their preschool children against EV71.
