摘要
文章归纳了新能源发电的类型,研究了新能源发电的工作原理以及受限于自然能源的系统工作特性,分析了新能源发电中常见的安全稳定与电能质量问题,如谐波、闪变、间歇性不稳定等。针对上述问题,从管理体系、管理方法、技术手段、设备选型、监测网络等方面提出了提高新能源发电安全稳定与电能质量的相关措施,助力新能源发电向更高质量发展。
This paper summarizes the types of new energy power generation,studies the working principle of new energy power generation and the working characteristics of the system limited by natural energy,analyzes the common safety and stability and power quality problems in new energy power generation,such as harmonics,flicker,intermittent instability.In response to the above problems,the relevant measures have been proposed from the aspects of management system,management methods,technical means,equipment selection,monitoring network,etc.which aim to improve the safety and stability of new energy power generation and power quality and help new energy power generation develop to a higher quality.
