摘要
目的探究盆底神经肌肉治疗仪结合盆底肌肉锻炼对产后盆底肌修复治疗患者盆底肌力变化及功能恢复的影响。方法选取2020年11月至2022年7月于景德镇市中医医院行产后盆底肌修复治疗的70例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为A组与B组,每组35例。A组采取盆底肌肉锻炼,B组采取盆底神经肌肉治疗仪结合盆底肌肉锻炼。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中文版女性性功能量表(CVFSFI)、健康状况调查简表(SF-36)评分。结果B组治疗总有效率为97.14%,高于A组的77.14%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组性欲、性高潮、性满意度均评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,B组性欲、性高潮、性满意度均评分高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康、总体健康评分比较差异无统计学意义;治疗后,B组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康、总体健康评分均高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产后盆底肌修复治疗患者应用盆底神经肌肉治疗仪结合盆底肌肉锻炼,可提升临床疗效及盆底肌运动能力,改善其性功能及生命质量。
Objective To explore the effect of pelvic floor nerve muscle therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise on the change of pelvic floor muscle strength and functional recovery of postpartum pelvic floor muscle repair.Methods A total of 70 patients who underwent postpartum pelvic floor muscle repair treatment in Jingdezhen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2020 to July 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the group A and the group B according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Group A took pelvic floor muscle exercise,the group B took pelvic floor nerve muscle therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor muscle exercise.The clinical efficacy,and the scores of Chinese version of the female sexual function index(CVFSFI)and the MOS 36-item short-form health survey(SF-36)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the group B was 97.14%,which was higher than 77.14%in the group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of of sexual desire,orgasm and sexual satisfaction between the two groups;after treatment,the scores of sexual desire,orgasm and sexual satisfaction in the group B were higher than those in the group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the scores of physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,vitality,social function,emotional function,mental health and overall health scores between the two groups;after treatment,the score of physiological function,physiological function,physical pain,vitality,social function,emotional function,mental health and overall health scores in the group B were higher than those in the group A,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pelvic floor nerve muscle therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor mus
