By analyzing the current status and challenges of project management,as well as the specific application of digital transformation in project management,this paper discusses how to innovate oil surface construction project management under the background of digital transformation,so as to improve management efficiency and quality,so as to better serve the construction and development of petroleum engineering.Through research,an innovative project management model is constructed to meet the needs of the development of the times.It is expected to provide useful reference for the practice of petroleum surface construction engineering management and promote the continuous innovation and development of the engineering management industry.
