摘要
为了控制大型振动筛筛梁的焊接变形,改进其制造工艺及提高生产效率,采用反变形原理,设计了一种大型振动筛筛梁焊接变形控制装置,并给出了整体结构与关键部件机械装置,以及电控系统的主电路、PLC接线、I/O分配和触摸屏画面的详细设计方案。该装置能够对不同型号振动筛筛梁的方管与法兰进行快速定位和固定,对法兰施加载荷以实现反变形,并在焊接后完成装置主要零部件的自动拆卸。
In order to control the beam welding deformation of the large vibrating screen,improve its manufacturing process and production efficiency,a welding deformation control device for beam of the large vibrating screen is designed by using the anti-deformation principle.The detailed design scheme of the over-all structure and key components of the mechanical device,as well as the main circuit,PLC wiring,I/O dis-tribution and touch screen picture of the electronic control system are given.The device can quickly locate and fix the square tube and flange of different types screen beam of vibrating screen,apply load to the flange to achieve anti-deformation,and complete the automatic disassembly of the main parts of the device after welding.
