球磨机大齿轮齿面润滑系统优化实践

摘要 罗河选矿厂为了提高球磨机大齿轮的润滑效果及延长其使用寿命,针对原润滑系统元器件老化、润滑油脂泄露、单线供油、无齿面温度监测及现场环境差等问题,通过使用新的润滑控制系统、双线供油、增加红外测温装置以及系统部件集中放置等方式,优化了齿面润滑系统。润滑系统优化后,球磨机运行稳定性增强,降低了设备故障率,确保了生产的稳定顺行,同时减少了润滑油脂用量,降低了辅助材料成本,经济效益显著。 In order to improve the lubrication effect and prolong the service life of the large gear of ball mill in Luohe concentrator,aiming at the problems of the original lubrication system components aging,leakage of lubricating grease,single-line oil supply,no tooth surface temperature monitoring and poor field environment,the tooth surface lubrication system is optimized by using new lubrication control system,dou-ble-line oil supply,adding infrared temperature measuring device and centralized placement of system com-ponents.After the optimization of the lubrication system,the operation stability of the ball mill is enhanced,the equipment failure rate is reduced,the stable and smooth production is ensured,the amount of lubricat-ing grease is reduced,the cost of auxiliary materials is reduced,and the economic benefit is remarkable.
