摘要
为了进一步消除火灾隐患、规避高层建筑火灾风险,加强高层建筑消防安全监督管理的优化,论文从消防安全设施配备、消防安全管理制度、消防安全意识培养3个角度对高层建筑消防安全监督管理的现状进行了分析,并结合实践活动中可能存在的问题,从配备、维护与保养消防设施,设计、发展与优化管理制度,树立、培养与深化安全意识等角度给出优化策略,以此全面提升消防安全监督管理工作的效率、效能与效益。
In order to further eliminate fire hazards,avoid fire risks in high-rise buildings,and strengthen the optimization of fire safety supervision and management of high-rise buildings,this paper conducts research and analysis of the current situation of fire safety supervision and management of high-rise buildings from three perspectives:fire safety facility allocation,fire safety management system and fire safety awareness cultivation through literature research and experience summary,and combines the possible problems in practical activities from equipping,maintaining and maintaining fire protection facilities,designing,developing and optimizing management systems,and establishing.Optimization strategies are given from the perspective of cultivating and deepening safety awareness,so as to comprehensively improve the efficiency,effectiveness and effectiveness of fire safety supervision and management.
