沉淀白炭黑的制备及表面改性

摘要 以液体硅酸钠、硫酸为主要原料,十六醇为改性剂,甲苯磺酸为添加剂,制备沉淀白炭黑并对其进行疏水改性。考察了改性剂用量、添加剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对改性白炭黑活化度的影响。实验结果表明:改性剂十六醇的用量为20%、添加剂甲苯磺酸用量为5%、反应温度为70℃、反应时间为30 min时,制得的改性沉淀白炭黑疏水性能优异,其活化度为99.2%。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)等对改性前后样品的结构、形态进行表征,结果表明制备的沉淀白炭黑已成功改性。 Useing liquid sodium silicate and sulfuric acid as the main raw materials,hexadecanol as a modifier,and toluene sulfonic acid as an additive,precipitated silica was prepared and hydrophobic modification was performd on it.The effects of factors such as modifier dosage,additive dosage,reaction temperature and reaction time on the activity of modified silica were investigated.The experimental results showed that when the dosage of modifier hexadecanol was 20%,the dosage of additive toluenesulfonic acid was 5%,the reaction temperature was 70℃,and the reaction time was 30 min-utes,the modified precipitated silica produced had excellent hydrophobicity,and its activation grade was 99.2%.The structure and morphology of the samples before and after modification were characterized by using X-ray diffraction(XRD)and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The results showed that the prepared precipitated silica had been successfully modified.
