摘要
为了解广州市公务员睡眠质量现状及其影响因素,于2022年5月至2023年6月随机选取广州市干部和人才健康管理中心体检的广州市公务员547人,通过问卷收集人口学变量、生活习惯、睡眠质量等信息,采用描述性统计和Logistic回归方法分析广州市公务员睡眠质量现状及影响因素。结果发现广州市公务员睡眠障碍检出率为32.7%,单因素分析显示性别、职级、每周运动时间、压力大小对广州市公务员睡眠障碍的影响有统计学意义(p<0.05),回归分析结果显示性别和压力状况是睡眠障碍的影响因素,女性公务员群体出现睡眠障碍可能性更大(p<0.05),压力大是睡眠障碍发生的高危因素(p<0.05)。
In order to understand the current situation of sleep quality of civil servants in Guangzhou and its influencing factors,547 civil servants in Guangzhou were randomly selected for physical examination in our center from May 2022 to June 2023,and demographic variables,living habits,sleep quality and other information were collected through questionnaires.Descriptive statistics and Logistic regression were used to analyze the status quo and influencing factors of civil servants'sleep quality in Guangzhou.The results showed that the detection rate of sleep disorder of civil servants in Guangzhou was 32.7%.Univariate analysis showed that gender,rank,weekly exercise time and pressure had statistical significance on sleep disorder of civil servants in Guangzhou(p<0.05),and regression analysis showed that gender and pressure were influential factors,the female civil servants are more likely to have sleep disorders(p<0.05),and high pressure is also a high-risk factor for sleep disorders(p<0.05).
