永磁同步电机电磁噪声优化研究

摘要 为分析研究永磁同步电机径向电磁力波作用在定子齿上引起的电磁噪声,建立了基于场路耦合的电磁噪声仿真模型,进一步基于该模型进行电磁噪声求解与优化。首先利用场路耦合模型求解电机径向电磁力波,作为电机振动噪声仿真的载荷激励;然后采用模态叠加法和边界元法进行电机电磁噪声仿真,将A计权声压级结果与实验数据进行对比分析;最后基于响应面法确定辅助槽的最佳参数,并基于该参数在转子外侧开设两个弧形辅助槽优化电机电磁噪声。实验和仿真结果表明,基于场路耦合的电磁噪声仿真模型能够更加准确地模拟电机中高频噪声,且合理选择辅助槽参数可以明显改善电机电磁噪声,使得A计权声压级降低了3dB以上。 In order to analyze and study the electromagnetic noise caused by the permanent magnet synchronous motor radial electromagnetic force wave acting on the stator teeth,an electromagnetic noise simulation model based on field-circuit coupling is established,and the electromagnetic noise is solved and optimized based on this model.First,the field-circuit coupling model is used to solve the radial electromagnetic force wave of the motor as the load excitation of the motor vibration and noise simulation;then the modal superposition method and the boundary element method are used to simulate the electromagnetic noise of the motor,and the Aweighted sound pressure level results are compared with the experimental data.A comparative analysis is carried out;finally,the optimal parameters of the auxiliary slot are determined based on the response surface method,and two arc-shaped auxiliary slots are opened on the outside of the rotor based on this parameter to optimize the electromagnetic noise of the motor.Experimental and simulation results show that the electromagnetic noise simulation model based on field-circuit coupling can more accurately simulate the high-frequency noise of the motor,and the reasonable selection of auxiliary slot parameters can significantly improve the electromagnetic noise of the motor,which reduces the A-weighted sound pressure level by more than 3dB.
