摘要
聚酰胺-6,6切片类商品配方复杂且进出口量大,涉及到多个税号。本文综合采用显微分析、热分析、红外光谱法、核磁共振谱及气相色谱质谱等方法,解决了聚酰胺-6,6样品成分分析、结构鉴定与单体含量检测等问题,并对该类商品归类化验的关键点和测试方法进行总结,为聚酰胺-6,6切片类商品快速准确归类提供了技术支撑。
Complex formulas,large import and export volume and multiple HS Codes increase tariff-related risks of polyamide-6,6 slices.Microscopic analysis,thermal analysis,infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry are applied in this paper,in order to identify the composition,polymer structure and monomer contents of polyamide-6,6 samples.The key points of classification and analysis methods are summarized to provide technical support for quick and accurate commodity classification of polyamide-6,6 slices.
