摘要
目的分析门诊患者就医体验现状,探讨就医体验对患者就医行为意向的影响。方法采用方便抽样法,选取2024年11月于深圳市宝安纯中医治疗医院门诊就诊的633例患者为研究对象。采用一般情况调查表、就医体验量表、满意度量表和就医行为意向量表进行调查。探讨门诊患者就医体验、满意度及就医行为意向的关系。结果门诊患者就医体验量表总分为(4.49±0.65)分,满意度量表总分为(4.48±0.73)分,就医行为意向量表总分为(4.39±0.79)分。门诊患者就医体验量表各维度评分和总分与满意度量表总分、就医行为意向量表各维度评分和总分呈正相关(r>0,P<0.01),满意度量表总分与就医行为意向量表各维度评分和总分呈正相关(r>0,P<0.01)。结构方程模型分析显示,满意度在就医体验与就医行为意向间起显著的间接效应,中介效应值为0.644,效应占比为66.26%。结论门诊患者就医体验处于较高水平,满意度较高。就医体验正向影响门诊患者的满意度和就医行为意向,其通过满意度的中介作用间接作用于就医行为意向。
Objective To analyze the current situation of outpatient medical experience,and explore the effects of medical experience on patients’medical behavior intention.Methods Convenient sampling method was used to select 633 patients visited Outpatient of Shenzhen Bao’an Authentic Traditional Chinese Medicine Therapy Hospital in November 2024 as the research subjects.The general situation survey form,medical experience scale,satisfaction scale,and medical behavior in-tention scale were used for the survey.The relationship between medical experience,satisfaction,and medical behavior intention of outpatient was explored.Results Total score of medical experience scale of outpatient was(4.49±0.65)points,total score of satisfaction scale was(4.48±0.73)points,and total score of medical behavior intention scale was(4.39±0.79)points.The each dimension score and total score of medical experience scale of outpatients were positively correlated with total score of satisfaction scale and each dimension score and total score of medical behavior intention scale(r>0,P<0.01).Total score of satisfaction scale of outpatients was positively correlated with each dimension score and total score of medical behavior intention scale(r>0,P<0.01).Structural equation modeling analysis showed that satisfaction had a significant indirect effect between medical experience and medical behavior intention,with a mediation effect value of 0.644,and an effect proportion of 66.26%.Conclusion Outpatients have a good level of medical experience and high satisfaction.The medical experience positively affects satisfaction and medical behavior intention of outpatients,which can indirectly affect behavior intention through mediating effect of satisfaction.
