摘要
目的:探讨功能性贴布在前交叉韧带重建术及半月板修复术后患者康复治疗中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年6月-2024年2月于罗定市人民医院接受前交叉韧带重建术或半月板修复术的60例患者为研究对象,采取单双数抽签法将患者分为对照组与研究组,各30例。对照组采用标准康复程序训练干预,研究组在对照组基础上采用功能性贴布干预。对比两组的膝关节功能及干预效果。结果:干预前,两组Lsyholm膝关节评分对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预6、9周后,两组Lsyholm膝关节评分均高于干预前,且研究组评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组干预总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在前交叉韧带重建术后及半月板修复术后患者康复治疗中,应用功能性贴布可取得较理想的康复治疗效果。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of functional tape in rehabilitation treatment of patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and meniscus repair.Methods:A total of 60 patients who underwent anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction or meniscus repair from the Luoding People’s Hospital from June 2022 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects.The patients were divided into a control group and a study group by odd-even number drawing method,with 30 cases or each group.The control group received the standard rehabilitation procedure training intervention,and the study group received the functional tape intervention base on the control group.The knee function and intervention effect of the two groups were compared.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in Lsyholm knee score between the two groups(P>0.05);at 6 and 9 weeks after intervention,Lsyholm knee score in the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and the scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of intervention in the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 70.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation of patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction or meniscus repair the application of functional tape can achieve better rehabilitation treatment effect.
