摘要
骨关节炎(OA)是最常见的关节慢性疾病之一,在老年人群中发病率很高,是导致慢性疼痛、功能障碍和生活质量低下的主要原因。高血压是OA患者的常见并发症,也是心血管事件的主要可改变风险因素。高血压与OA之间的关系越来越受到关注。然而,有报道称高血压会对OA患者的症状和生活质量产生负面影响。目前治疗高血压的药物主要有六大类。这六类药物通过不同机制对OA的进展和症状有显著影响。因此,为高血压合并OA患者选择合适的药物至关重要。本文对近10年高血压和OA相关文章进行可视化分析,并对高血压与OA的关系以及这六类降压药对OA的影响做一综述,旨在为高血压合并OA患者的临床治疗提供指导和参考。
Osteoarthritis(OA)is one of the most common chronic diseases of the joints,with a high preva-lence in the elderly population,and is a major cause of chronic pain,dysfunction and poor quality of life.Hypertension is a common complication in patients with OA and a major modifiable risk factor for cardiovascular events.The rela-tionship between hypertension and OA has received increasing attention.However,hypertension has been reported to negatively affect symptoms and quality of life in patients with OA.There are currently six main classes of drugs used to treat hypertension.These six classes of drugs have significant effects on the progression and symptoms of OA through different mechanisms.Therefore,it is critical to select appropriate medications for patients with hypertension combined with OA.In this article,we visualize and analyze articles related to hypertension and OA,and provide a review of the relationship between hypertension and OA and the effects of these six classes of antihypertensive drugs on OA,with the aim of providing guidance and reference for the clinical treatment of patients with hypertension combined with OA.
