摘要
在国民经济建设与发展中,化工行业发挥了支柱性作用,其安全生产管理不容忽视。文章基于PDCA和SDCA双循环理论,分析了强化化工安全生产管理的路径。研究探讨了PDCA(计划、执行、检查、处理)与SDCA(标准化、执行、检查、总结/调整)在化工安全生产管理中的应用,提出一套系统性的管理方法,旨在通过不断的循环改进提升化工企业的安全生产管理水平,减少事故发生,保障企业的可持续发展。
In the construction and development of the national economy,the chemical industry has played a pillar role,and its safety production management can not be ignored.Based on PDCA and SDCA double cycle theory,this paper analyzes the ways to strengthen the management of chemical safety production.This paper discusses the application of PDCA(planning,execution,inspection,treatment)and SDCA(standardization,execution,inspection,summary/adjustment)in chemical production safety management,and puts forward a set of systematic management methods,aiming at improving the safety management level of chemical enterprises through continuous circular improvement,reducing accidents and ensuring the sustainable development of enterprises.
