硝盐吸收系统自动化技术研究与工程应用

摘要 冀中能源井矿集团凤山化工公司采用直接法工艺进行硝酸钠和亚硝酸钠生产,现有三条硝盐生产线吸收岗位均为现场手动操作,未设置自动化控制措施。为减少现场人员劳动强度和数量,同时提高自动化程度和安全水平,凤山化工公司决定对硝盐吸收系统进行自动化研究。根据公司生产工艺流程和现场实际情况,新增一套自动控制系统(DCS系统),对三条线吸收系统进行远程控制和安全保护,增设调节阀、各类仪表等配套设施,数据与DCS系统对接,将各塔的气体温度、液体温度、进出口压力及各塔和槽的液位等数据进行实时监控,并设置报警和联锁,在同行业中首次实现了吸收系统自动化控制且长周期运行,提高了公司自动化水平,保障了安全生产。 Fengshan Chemical Company of Jizhong Energy Well Mining Group adopts direct process to produce sodium nitrate and sodium nitrite,and the absorption posts of the existing three nitrate production lines are all manually operated on site without setting automatic control measures.In order to reduce the labor intensity and number of on-site personnel,and improve the degree of automation and safety level,Fengshan Chemical Company decided to conduct automated research on nitrate absorption system.According to the company′s production process and the actual situation of the site,a new set of automatic control system(DCS system)is added to carry out remote control and safety protection for the three line absorption system,and set up supporting facilities such as regulating valves and various instruments.The data is connected with the DCS system,and the data of gas temperature,liquid temperature,import and export pressure and liquid level of each tower and tank are monitored in real time.And set alarm and interlock,in the industry for the f irst time to achieve the absorption system automatic control and long-term operation,improve the company’s automation level,to ensure safe production.
