摘要
由于绿色建筑因它相较于传统建筑成本较高,导致其推行较为困难。文中基于全寿命周期视角,梳理总结以往研究中影响绿色建筑成本的因素,使用层次分析法和熵权法得到各影响因素的综合权重,再将它带入到改进GRA-TOPSIS模型中,结合实际案例寻找成本控制最优策略,以促进绿色建筑的发展。最终提出施工材料对于绿色建筑成本影响最为显著,做好材料选择和采购可以有效把控成本。
Green buildings face challenges in adoption due to their higher costs compared to traditional buildings.This paper,from a full lifecycle perspective,reviews and summarizes factors affecting green building costs based on previous research.By employing the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Entropy Weight Method(EWM)to determine the comprehensive weights of these factors,and integrating them into an improved GRA-TOPSIS model with practical case studies,it identifies optimal cost control strategies to promote green building development.The final conclusion is that construction materials have the most significant impact on green building costs,and effective material selection and procurement methods can significantly control costs.
