压缩天然气汽车压力升级整车运行试验研究

Experimental Study on the Vehicle Operation of Compressed Natural Gas Vehicles with Pressure Upgrade

摘要 本文对压缩天然气汽车压力标准现状进行了分析,结合压缩天然气汽车面临的挑战及标准的有效性、适用性,提出将压力标准提升至35 MPa的建议。通过制定压缩天然气整车运行试验方案,开展35 MPa压缩天然气汽车启动试验、加速试验以及续驶里程试验研究,在确保安全的基础上,测试压缩天然气汽车工作压力提高后的技术性能变化,续驶里程试验中试验车辆工作压力35 MPa与20 MPa相比,开空调时整车续驶里程增加了49.3%,不开空调时整车续驶里程增加了56.9%。试验结果验证了整车压力提高的可行性,为压缩天然气汽车压力标准的修订和开展试点示范提供技术依据。 This paper analyzes the current status of pressure standards for compressed natural gas(CNG)vehicles and combines the challenges faced by CNG vehicles and the effectiveness and applicability of the standards to propose the suggestion of raising the pressure standard to 35 MPa.By formulating a comprehensive vehicle test plan for CNG vehicles,this paper conducts research on the starting test,acceleration test,and range test of CNG vehicles at 35 MPa pressure to test the technical performance changes of CNG vehicles after the pressure is raised,while ensuring safety.In the driving range test,compared with the test vehicle operating at 20 MPa,when the pressure of the vehicle was at 35 MPa,the driving range of the vehicle with the air conditioner on increased by 49.3%,and the driving range of the vehicle without the air conditioner on increased by 56.9%.The test results verify the feasibility of raising the pressure of the vehicle,providing technical basis for the revision of the pressure standard for CNG vehicles and the pilot demonstration.
