摘要
中国式现代化是中国共产党领导的社会主义现代化。社会主义和中国共产党的领导明确规定了中国政治发展的方向和性质要求。中国式现代化也是一个集合整体性、发展性、开放性为一体的复杂系统工程,涉及政治、经济、社会、文化、生态等多个领域的协同进步。其中,政治发展是国家现代化最为重要的方面,也是各方面现代化建设的制度保障。中国式现代化建立了一套稳固的政治制度和系统有效的政策体系与治理方法,继承和发展中国优秀传统文化与中国共产党革命传统,形成了独特的人民观、民主观、发展观,蕴含着丰富的政治价值意蕴。围绕中国式现代化的特征和要求,中国的政治发展以中国共产党的领导为核心,在制度与价值观念、改革与政策策略方法等重要命题方面仍有待从实践上升为理论,提炼出中国政治发展的基本规律和经验,以更好地推动中国特色社会主义政治制度自我完善与发展,推动国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。
Chinese modernization is construed as a socialist modernization led by the Communist Party of China.The explicit directives of socialism and the leadership of the CPC delineate the direction and nature requirements of political development in China.Chinese modernization constitutes a complex systemic endeavor,encompassing political,economic,social,cultural,and ecological domains,necessitating coordinated progress across these multifaceted dimensions.Notably,political development emerges as a paramount facet of national modernization,serving as the institutional underpinning for diverse modernization initiatives.The construct of Chinese modernization establishes a robust political system,a systematic and effective policy framework,and governance methodologies.It inherits and advances China's distinguished traditional culture and the revolutionary traditions of the CPC,engendering distinctive perspectives on the people,democracy,governance,and development,thereby encapsulating a wealth of political values.Aligned with the characteristics and requisites of Chinese modernization,political development in China revolves around the core leadership of the CPC.While the political system has established a solid foundation and effective govermance methods,key propositions related to institutions,values,reforms,and policy strategies necessitate further theoretical refinement through practical experience.It is imperative to distill the fundamental principles and experiences of political development in China,centered on the leadership of the CPC,to better propel the self-improvement and development of the socialist political system with Chinese characteristics and advance the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.
