This paper provides a detailed account of the development and application of injection mold for automotive thermal management cooling system fan blades.Through technological innovation and process optimization,the project has successfully enhanced the efficiency of mold design and the quality of products,meeting the market's demand for high-performance,cost-effective fan blade molds.The project has not only strengthened the core competitiveness of the enterprise but also promoted the overall advancement of automotive thermal management technology and the development of related industries.Particularly,by employing finite element simulation analysis and scientific injection molding techniques,the deformation issues of fan blades during the mold production process were effectively controlled,improving product consistency and reliability,offering car manufacturers a higher quality product option.
