摘要
高校党建工作是引领高校办学方向、推动高校内涵发展的政治保证。高校党建档案作为党建工作的重要载体,在促进党的建设、服务学校发展中发挥着不可替代的作用。在深入阐述新时代加强高校党建档案建设的重大意义的同时,分析了高校党建档案所具有的政治性、机要性、综合性等特征。推进党建档案建设,要着眼于提升党建工作质量、服务学校发展大局,从优化资源配置、创新管理方式、强化安全保障、拓展利用功能等方面着手。同时,要主动顺应信息化发展大势,运用现代信息技术手段,推动高校党建档案管理的数字化转型、个性化服务、特色化建设、一体化管理、协同化发展。
The party building work in universities is a political guarantee that leads the direction of university education and promotes the development of university connotation.As an important carrier of party building work,university party building archives play an irreplaceable role in promoting party building and serving the development of schools.This article not only elaborates on the significant importance of strengthening the construction of party building archives in universities in the new era,but also analyzes the political,confidential and comprehensive characteristics of party building archives in universities.To promote the construction of party building archives,we should focus on improving the quality of party building work and serving the overall development of the school.Efforts should be made to optimize resource allocation,innovate management methods,strengthen security guarantees and expand utilization functions.At the same time,we should actively adapt to the trend of information technology development,use modern information technology means,promote the digital transformation,personalized services,characteristic construction,integrated construction and collaborative development of party building archives management in university.
