摘要
档案术语规范化是新时代档案事业高质量发展的重要基石。然而,档案术语仍存在使用混乱、概念模糊等问题,亟待破解。基于语言学理论视角,系统考察了档案术语在词汇、语义、话语等层面呈现的基本语言学特征,剖析了规范化进程中词汇系统失范、概念界定含混、外来语滥用等语言学根源问题,并从重构术语概念体系、突出民族语言特色、健全规范管理机制等方面提出优化策略,旨在为新时代档案事业高质量发展赋能。
Standardization of archival terminology is an important cornerstone for the high-quality development of the archival industry in the new era.However,for a long time,there has been an urgent need to solve problems such as confusion in the use of archival terminology and vague concepts.Based on the perspective of linguistic theory,this article systematically examines the basic linguistic characteristics of archival terminology in terms of vocabulary,semantics,discourse,and other aspects.It analyzes the linguistic roots of prominent problems in the standardization process,such as the loss of standardization in vocabulary systems,ambiguous concept definitions,and the abuse of foreign words.Optimization strategies are proposed from the aspects of reconstructing the conceptual system of terminology,highlighting ethnic language characteristics,and improving standardized management mechanisms,aiming to empower the high-quality development of archival undertakings in the new era.
