摘要
误发是数字社会常见的信息传播失误行为。误发主要包括传播内容编辑失误以及传播对象选择失误两种表征形式,可能给相关个人、组织、社会乃至国家安全等带来一定的风险。误发逐渐从日常化行为演化为数字社会的信息传播风险。就其表象看,误发是信息传播的失误,就其本质看,误发有着深刻的社会背景,是数字社会自身生产出来的一种社会现象和社会问题。研究发现,误发不仅仅只是“不小心”“手抖”“眼花”等生理性因素带来的个体失误行为,更是多重社会性因素共同促成的社会性结果。从信息传播过程出发,基于数字社会特征分析发现,数字社会重塑和再造了信息传播的全流程,逐渐让信息传播者置身于“人机倒置”“社会加速”“公私混淆”以及“虚实分离”等新型信息传播过程中,使传播者在信息传播的主体、内容、渠道、对象等方面均面临更多失误和偏差的可能,由此引发了数字社会中较为普遍的误发现象。通过延长消息撤回时间、增进误发主题警示教育提升人们对误发的风险认知、完善数字信息传播相关规章制度等,可以在一定程度减少误发行为的发生。
“Misdissemination”is a common type of information dissemination error in the digital society.It mainly includes two forms:errors in content editing and errors in target selection,both of which may pose certain risks to individuals,organizations,society,and even national security.“Misdissemination”has gradually evolved from“routine”behavior to information dissemination risk in the digital society.While it appears to be a surface-level error in information dissemination,it is deeply rooted in the social fabric,representing a social phenomenon and problem intrinsic to the digital society itself.The issue demands academic attention to deepen the understanding of information dissemination in digital society.This study aims to analyze the formation mechanism of“misdissemination”in digital society from a theoretical perspective.Based on a reflection on the relevant cases of“misdissemination”,and combining Anthony Giddens’s structuration theory and Lasswell’s theory of information dissemination,this research attributes the occurrence of“misdissemination”to the transformation of information dissemination structure in the digital society.It argues that digital technologies have changed information dissemination rules and orders in the traditional media era.By examining changes in the dissemination structure,including the subject,content,channel and target,the study seeks to uncover the root causes of misdissemination.This research found that the recurring of“misdissemination”in the digital society is not only a result of individual errors brought by physiological factors such as the messenger’s“carelessness”,“trembling hands”and“blurred vision”,but also a social consequence driven by some social factors.The transformation of the information dissemination structure,propelled by digital technologies,has reshaped the actions of disseminators.The digital technologies reshaped and reconstructed the entire process of information dissemination,gradually placing information disseminato
