摘要
目的:了解2型糖尿病患者(T2DM)遵医行为现状,并分析遵医行为与疾病感知、药物素养之间的相关关系。方法:采用一般资料调查表、遵医行为量表、简易疾病感知问卷、药物素养量表对274例T2DM患者进行测评;采用Logistic回归分析筛选T2DM患者遵医行为的影响因素;采用Pearson分析遵医行为与疾病感知、药物素养之间的相关性。结果:T2DM患者遵医行为总分为(42.63±6.85)分,疾病感知总分为(38.63±6.18)分,药物素养总分为(3.32±0.25)分;男性、高中及以上文化程度、非独居、家庭人均月收入>3 000元、出院宣教是T2DM患者遵医行为好的影响因素(P<0.05);遵医行为与疾病感知、药物素养之间均呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:医务人员应密切关注T2DM患者疾病感知和药物素养水平,采取针对性健康教育以提高其遵医行为。
Objective:To understand the current status of medical compliance behavior in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM),and analyze the role of medication literacy in disease perception and medical compliance behavior in this group of patients.Methods:274 T2DM patients were recruited,and underwent survey using general information questionnaire,the Compliance Behavior Scale,the Simple Disease Perception Questionnaire and the Medication Literacy Scale.Logistic regression analysis was performed to screen the factors affecting the medical compliance behavior in T2DM patients.Pearson analysis was used to analyze the correlation between compliance behavior and disease perception and drug literacy.Results:The total scoring was(42.63±6.85),(38.63±6.18)and(3.32±0.25)points,respectively for the medical compliance behavior,disease perception and drug literacy.Better medical compliance behavior was observed in males,patients with educational background of high school and above,those living with the family members and with monthly income>3,000 RMB yuan per capita,and the types of health education the patients received at discharge(P<0.05).Additionally,medical compliance behavior was positively correlated with disease perception and medication literacy(P<0.05).Conclusion:Our findings suggest that medical staff should pay close attention to the level of disease perception and medication literacy of T2DM patients,and adopt targeted health education to improve their medical compliance.
