摘要
设计规模为1200 t/d的选矿厂,选矿厂主要工艺为二段一闭路破碎,一段磨矿分级,一粗三扫四精的浮选;主要产品为品位为28.0 g/t、回收率为88.50%的金精矿。该选矿厂的工艺合理,对资源进行了合理利用;选矿厂投资收益率高,投资回收期较短,经济效益较好。该项目财务指标较好,技术上可行,经济上合理,完全具备建设的条件。
A concentrator with a scale of 1200 t/d is designed according to the scheme.The main process of the concentrator is twostage and closed-circuit crushing,one-stage grinding and classifying,and flotation of one coarse,three sweeping and four fine.The main product is a gold concentrate with a grade of 28.0 g/t and a recovery rate of 88.50%.The process of the concentrator is reasonable and the resources are used rationally.The concentrator has high return on investment,short payback period and good economic benefit.The project has good financial indicators,is technically feasible,economically reasonable and fully has the conditions for construction.
