摘要
以进一步提升水肥一体机的智能性、数字性作业为目标,针对整机的灌施精准性要求展开设计。充分考虑水肥一体机的运用特点和结构组成,结合水肥的参数融合关系,建立用于水肥一体机准确控制作业的状态方程模型,设计以数值分析处理函数为核心的软件控制模块,搭建同步动作实施的硬件执行平台。展开多作物的灌施作业试验,结果表明:基于数值分析方法的水肥一体机系统架构设计合理,数值分析算法融入有效,整机试验的数值计算准确率可达98.00%以上;水肥混合均匀有度,整体管路灌施顺畅,灌施指令准确率可达99.00%以上,整机灌施效率较高,充分验证了数值分析方法应用的正确性与优越性,可以促进类似农机装备与高等数学多维度融合。
In order to further improve the intelligence and digital operation of the water fertilizer integrated machine,the numerical analysis method was selected as the leading application mechanism,and the design research was carried out according to the precision requirements of the irrigation and application of the machine.Fully considered the application characteristics and structure composition of the water fertilizer integrated machine,and combined the parameter fusion relationship of the water and fertilizer,established the state equation model for the accurate control operation of the water fertilizer integrated machine,designed the software control module with the numerical analysis processing function as the core,built the hardware implementation platform for synchronous action implementation,and carried out the multi crop irrigation operation test.The results showed that the water fertilizer integrated machine system architecture based on the application of numerical analysis method was reasonably designed,the numerical analysis algorithm was effectively integrated,the numerical calculation accuracy of the whole machine test could reach more than 98.00%,the water fertilizer mixing was uniform and accurate,the overall pipeline irrigation was smooth,the accuracy of the irrigation instructions could reach more than 99.00%,and the whole machine irrigation efficiency was high,which fully verified the correctness and superiority of the application of numerical analysis method.It had an important promoting effect on the depth optimization design of water fertilizer integrated machine,then would be an important reference to promote the multi-dimensional integration of similar agricultural machinery and equipment with higher mathematics,which would be with very strong research value.
