摘要
西红花的主要成分在多种疾病中发挥抗炎作用.文章综述了西红花中西红花苷和西红花酸2种主要活性成分通过调控Nrf2/HO-1、NF-κB、PI3K/Akt和MAPK等信号通路发挥抗炎作用的研究进展,以期为西红花的临床应用提供理论支撑.
Main ingredients of saffron play anti-inflammatory roles in many diseases.This paper reviewed the research progress of the anti-inflammatory effects of two main active ingredients(crocin and crocetin)in saffron through regulating Nrf2/HO-1,NF-κB,PI3K/Akt and MAPK signaling pathways,in order to provide theoretical support for clinical application of saffron.
