摘要
近年来,金融科技催生的新兴金融服务业态对企业高质量发展产生了深刻影响。就金融科技对企业数字化转型影响的研究表明:金融科技发展对企业数字化转型产生了驱动效应;发展金融科技产品和服务、拓宽金融科技发展维度对企业数字化转型展现出显著的驱动效应;金融科技发展通过显著提高企业信息化效应、提升资本配置效应和优化数字生态效应等路径促进企业数字化转型;金融科技发展对企业数字化转型的驱动效应呈现企业所有制属性和企业行业属性的异质性:在非国有企业、资本密集型行业企业中,金融科技对企业数字化转型的驱动作用更加突出。
In recent years,the new financial service formats generated by emerging financial technologies have had a profound impact on the high-quality development of enterprises.The research on the impact of financial technology on the digital transformation of enterprises and its underlying mechanisms shows that the development of financial technology has indeed demonstrated a driving effect on the digital transformation of enterprises.Specifically,deepening the development of financial technology products and services,and expanding the dimensions of financial technology development have also shown significant driving effects on the digital transformation of enterprises.The development of financial technology promotes the digital transformation of enterprises through significantly improving the informationization effect,enhancing the capital allocation effect,and optimizing the digital ecological effect.The driving effect of financial technology development on enterprise digital transformation also shows heterogeneity in different ownership attributes and industry attributes of enterprises:in non-state-owned enterprises and capital intensive industry enterprises,the promoting effect of financial technology driving enterprise digital transformation is more prominent.
